- Lead team of recruiters in APAC region, manage and distribute work volume among the team
- Lead TA strategy for the region by developing, implementing, and managing recruitment approach, process definition, standard tool development for APAC openings
- Monitor and manage regional recruitment metrics, adjust as needed to maintain course, regularly report current statistics to regional stakeholders
- Develop a diversity recruitment strategy for the region that is aligned with Global strategic objectives, communicate the plan to region TA and HR teams, as well as key business stakeholders, routinely monitor progress toward strategic goals and report out on progress, adjust as needed to achieve global objectives
- Oversee regional employer brand strategy to tie in with global approach
