Main Responsibilities:  
• Consolidate industrial controlling issues for all business areas in Huizhou and Dongguan factories;
• Lead the controlling team to provide data, support and reliable information to drive business operations efficiently
• Implement budget and business forecast processes according to the financial manual
• Liaise, coordinate and assist other departments in handling costs and control issues
• Manage the team and cooperate with the rest of the functional teams;
• Develop, coach and motivate the team members
Elaborate budget and business forecast:
• Participate in budget construction, challenges the input from business team and identify the potential opportunities of savings and cost reduction;
• Perform and communicate the monthly financial reporting, identify and analyze the variances
• Provide the analysis to the Top management for decision making as a business partner;
Perform in time reliable reporting for the local management and the group
• In charge of the reporting to the Group of multi-entity P&L
• Ensure reliable and transparent financial figures (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
Control inventories
• Perform a monthly follow-up of the inventory value, analyze the evolution
• Analyze the stock turnover, calculate and book the stock depreciation according to legal requirement and the financial manual.
Profitability evaluation
• Perform and validate business plan calculation for decision making by the top management
• ROI, make or buy, various industrial scenarios…
Product family profitability
• Supervise the costing activity and set the rules
• Coordinate the data collection procedure and perform consistency checks
• Analyze GCM for all products manufactured in China factories
• Ensure correctness of TP calculation and supporting documents
Respect the financial manual
• Respect the financial manual on the daily work
• Enforce the financial manual practices to all partners, report all deviations to the management
• Implement the necessary corrective actions
Strengthen team, lead the team, organize the work and enhance the skills:
• Review and organize roles and responsibilities in the controlling team
• Define and set-up training plans
• Put a special focus on coaching team members to achieve their targets
HSE and care management
• Apply the rules and procedures in the areas of hygiene, safety and environment related to the team.
• Enforce the work safety regulation in place in the company
