1. Coordinates w/ Regional BLs, to ensure Services Strategy, Concept fits regional needs 2. Takes ownership and responsibility for the Services activities in execution phase in Sub-region 3. Lead the process of defining and refining service management system and service procedure, Improve service quality and efficiency. 4. Direct and manage service resources: A. Externally, maturity level of service network; B. Internally, resources allocation, standardization, efficiency& competency improvement cross all branches
• 10+ years of working experience in Aftermarket, incl. leadership experience • Advanced degree in management or engineering • Product expertise in relevant ZF products (e.g. driveline technology in automotive and non-automotive products) • Deep understanding of regional Service business and customer needs, product know-how and related service requirements • Regional leadership experience and robust Service customer network • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and stakeholder management • Technical knowledge, on an electro-mechanical level, combined with a strong affinity for digitalization • Proven leadership skills; able to drive, empower, motivate, engage, develop and lead a strong team moving from traditional ZF products into the next generation aftermarket service solutions e.g. retrofit, Autonomous driving and safety systems, e-mobility. • Fluent in English • Willingness to travel
