- Attend the new supplier audit and provide audit report to management to do decision; - Check the supplier quality engineer working report and incoming parts quality report in order to ensure the purchase parts quality; - Support the supplier quality engineer to deal with the supplier quality problems; - Systemize the main customer quality requirement in accordance with Beumer quality system; - Audit and evaluate the quality during the project period; - Be responsible of the customer inspection during the project period in cooperation with project manager; - Accountable for quality complaint handling process and provide guidance for specific issue as needed plus continuous improvement; - Be responsible for all quality related equipment & tools; - Be responsible for supplier development in cooperation with procurement department; - Assure, enhance and improve product quality through various quality methods and actions; - Final ownership of the product quality before project delivery; - Final ownership for the quality documentation before presentation; - Review and approve the work time sheet of quality controller; - Be responsible for managing the EHS team and EHS relevant daily operation; - Responsible to enhance all employees’ awareness for Quality; - Evaluate training result of the workshop employee quality control during production process; - Evaluate training result of the department staff can use correctly and properly quality equipment & tools
- About 5~8 years related experience in Quality Assurance and minimum 3 years at management position, preferably in international manufacture company; - Familiar with metal material and heat-treatment principle, machining process and technology; - Familiar with material related standard e.g. ASTM , ASME, DIN GB, etc; - Familiar with quality management system and processes. - Familiar with process control, 8-D, SPC control tool, etc - Strong project management and follow-up skills; - Good written and spoken English, German is a plus - Rich experience in engineering background - Familiar with computer/office skills, experience in dealing with database management - Excellent communication and coordination skills; - Quick response and efficient working style; - Detail oriented and active working style - Ability to work independently and work under pressure - Decision maker -Team work spirit
