- Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to deliver results through human resource initiatives; - Lead organization effectiveness, org design/development, succession, and workforce planning for the supported BUs; - Partner with Talent Acquisition and managers to hire, onboard and assimilate talent to fulfill growing business needs; - Work together with BU Leaders to optimize high-performing teams and leverage HR shared services to address employee relations issues; - Identify the key talent, regular talent review and take talent development plan, rewards and retention program in the supported BUs; - Support Campus New College Program in the progress of candidates selection, development requirements, development pipeline.
- Bachelor degree required, Master's degree preferred, 12 year HR functional experience and 6 years in HRBP function; - HRBP supporting experience for R&D Team preferred; - Strong business acumen and to translate into daily operations; - Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills, including influencing and collaboration within a complex matrix organization; - Solid in talent management, succession, change management, continuous improvement; - Positive attitude, high persistence & resilience, good skills on conflict management, team work and communication; - Combines pragmatic, hands-on mentality with a smart and conceptual view.
