Main Responsibilities:  
- Drive performance culture in the plant by working closely with Plant Manager in planning and implementing resourcing, succession and organizational development plans, yearend review, target setting and development plan; - Implement annual salary reviews according to Ahlstrom process and guidance with local payroll; - Work closely with Asia HR head to implement HR policies, processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with the local government legislation; - Actively work with China HR team to update Ahlstrom China Employee Handbook, align with local practice and regulations; - Perform HR advisory function, providing consultative services to management on people/labor relation issues, interface with all the functional leaders in the plant and coordination with local authorities; - Develop, coordinate and direct a variety of HR activities inclusive of talent attraction, compensation and benefit, talent/succession review, performance management; - Take care of internal communication, including specific projects related to safety, sustainability, employer branding and employees motivation and engagement; - Help plant management team to build up people capability and training needs analysis, monitor and manage training & development plan, follow-up the training execution and evaluation to meet business needs. Identify the right participants to Group leadership development programs and other potential programs organized by Group; - Guide, develop and motivate HR team for continuous improvement, actively look for synergies and alignments to improve knowledge sharing and proliferation of best practice within HR; - Identify, develop, motivate and retain key talents with support the management team and talent/succession review; - Execute recruitment for all approved vacancies for new headcount or replacement, incl. job/position requisition in SuccessFactor, interview, evaluation/assessment and offer; - Ensure the reliability, efficiency and accuracy of relevant people data in SuccessFactor system, keep up-to-date and proactively help increase the level of internal HR process efficiency; - Participate regular safety walk with relevant managers in the plant, support HSE manager to summarize the findings, action plan follow up, and manage disciplinary action for any safety alert in the plant; Work with HSE to strong introduce for all employees and new people to promote “Step up for Safety”; - Execute the needed activities locally to drive sustainability agenda and strengthen Employer Branding.
Requirements:  
- Bachelor degree or higher level of education, preferably with HR management; - 5-8 years of experience in HR managerial position from multi-national company; - Good experience of working management at manufacturing industry; - Good experience of collaborating local government bureau; - Good experience of systems like ISO or TS or IATF; - Good experience of global level compliance and code of conduct; - Organizational awareness, experience in working within complex matrix organizations; - Personal integrity and high ethical standards. Discipline, self-motivation, continuous improvement mind-set; - Good understanding of financial impacts derived from HR decisions and policies; - Willing and capable to learn and develop; - Good communication, problem solving and presentation skills; - Be influential at a high level to the business; - Must be good at collaboration among all the relevant stakeholders, including Plant Manager, all the functional business leaders; - Fluent in mandarin Chinese and English, both in the spoken and written form; - Good analytical skills, computer literacy. Preferably with previous experience in using SAP SuccessFactor or other HR systems.
