Helen is Partner of Leader Associates. She specializes in executive search at senior levels for functions of supply chain, sales & marketing, HR, finance, manufacturing and engineering, drawing on 30 years of diversified experience at managerial levels in multinational companies of different industries.
Prior to joining Leader Associates, Helen was HR Manager/ HRBP with Fortune 500 Chemical companies where she got solid hands-on experience in Talent Management, Corporate Recruiting and Staffing and Campus Recruiting with great achievements. Before that, she took Sales & Marketing Manager and Supply Chain Manager roles for a few years.
In her earlier career, Helen worked in Government, Media and Foreign Bank industries in different managerial positions.
Helen's areas of expertise include leadership programs, talent selction, career coaching, talent assessment center, coach training, HR management and HR consulting.
Helen has earned the professional international certificates of MCF (Meta-Coach) and NGH ( National Guild of Hypnotists, USA ) as well as National Psychologist ( Level II ). She graduated from Shanghai Foreign Langauge University and is fluent in English, French and Mandarin Chinese.
