Jocob has 13 years of work experience in the integrated circuit semiconductor industry. He has worked at a renowned semiconductor company with over 6 years of research and development management experience. He has repeatedly built an executive recruitment team focused on the semiconductor field from scratch. Jacob provides new business line construction, core team recruitment, organizational structure optimization, organizational cultivation and development, and other human resources specialized work for domestic listed companies and niche unicorn companies.
 

As one of the early recruitment service teams in China that focused on semiconductor executive search, Jacob led the team to establish strong partnerships and enjoy a good reputation with many listed companies and semiconductor design unicorn companies in specific fields. He led the team to successfully recommend over 300 senior management personnel in various functions to clients. The team has collaborated with clients including multiple listed semiconductor companies, with search positions covering senior management, early research and development, and engineering management.
