Judy Shen has been in Leader Associates for nearly 10 years and currently a Senior Consultant focusing on searching executives of HR, sales & marketing, quality, suppy chain, engineering and related functions at China and Asia Pacific levels mainly in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Retail industries.
Judy has got abundant experience and proven track record in supporting multinational companies for search assignments including 6 years as Key Account Manager for clients of AkzoNobel, Ashland, BASF, Bekaert, Belden, Danaher, Henkel, ITW, Parker Hannifin, Schneider, etc. She keeps frequent communication with her clients and is well trusted for her high quality service.
Before joining Leader Associates, Judy was HR Manager for several multinational and local companies where she developed herself with deep understanding of different company culture and different talent requirements.
Judy earned her MPA from Fudan University and a major in Finance from Shanghai University. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
