Maggie is known among the clients as a Search and HR expert of well understanding clients's recruitment needs and successfullly placing various executive positions for her clients.
Before joining Leader Associates, Maggie had 10 years HR management experience in multinational companies of different industries including working in a large logistics service company as China HR Manager and a 5-star hotel as HR Officer. She accumulated rich experience in in-house HR management and internal & external communication.
Maggie graduated in Economics from Shanghai Education College, and Postgraduate Program in HR Management from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. She is fluient in English and Mandarin Chinese.
